**Fonctions et responsabilités**

Nous recherchons un **Réalisatrice Adjointe** pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Nous venons de lancer un nouveau projet très stimulant et passionnant qui nécessite une équipe diligente de producteurs pour soutenir l'équipe pluridisciplinaire de R&D composée d'ingénieurs et de scientifiques afin d'atteindre les objectifs du projet. Sous la responsabilité du Réalisateur principal, directeur de la logistique, le Réalisatrice Adjointe aura de multiples responsabilités. Tout d'abord, le producteur associé sera appelé à contribuer à la planification du département, en mettant l'accent sur les procédures et les processus. Deuxièmement, le producteur sera chargé de veiller à ce que les directives de planification du producteur principal soient mises en oeuvre sur le plan opérationnel. Pour ce faire, il devra coordonner le personnel et communiquer les objectifs à l'ensemble des départements de l'EERS. Outre l'exécution de ce qui précède, le producteur sera également tenu d'assurer la gestion des projets convenus.

Pour s'acquitter efficacement de ce mandat, le département doit travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction générale, les parties prenantes et les chefs de service afin de les aider à élaborer des chartes de projet et des plans d'exécution précis. Un haut degré d'analyse et de planification de projet, ainsi que de résolution de problèmes est requis.

- Contribuer à la planification départementale.
- Fournir des informations sur les processus et les procédures.Soutenir les initiatives de définition et de planification des cadres supérieurs, des parties prenantes et des chefs de service.
- Soutenir l'utilisation et l'amélioration du processus de production de l'EERS
- Travailler avec le producteur principal pour coordonner la planification de la feuille de route du projet.
- Maintenir le système de gestion des tickets à jour (avec la portée et l'organisation).
- Soutenir les chefs de département dans leurs efforts pour que leur équipe exécute le plan (réunions et suivi des billets, notes de réunion).
- Maintenir l'alignement interne sur l'état d'avancement du plan avec la direction générale, les chefs de service et le personnel.
- Élaborer et recommander des propositions de solutions et des plans de délégation.
- Exécuter des missions spéciales définies lorsqu'elles sont autorisées.

La liste ci-dessus peut être modifiée d'un commun accord.

**Éducation et expérience professionnelle**
- Baccalauréat ou certification en gestion de projet ou expérience équivalente.

**Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes mínimales**:

- Compétences écrites et orales efficaces en anglais et en français
- Connaissance de la technologie et de la gestion Agile ; bonne connaissance des logiciels de gestion de projet. La connaissance de ClickUp et de Harvest est considérée comme un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de relations humaines et de communication : capacité à accepter des instructions, à fournir et à recevoir un retour d'information constructif.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Solides compétences en matière de gestion du temps et d'organisation ; capacité à gérer des tâches multiples, à être ponctuel et à respecter les délais.Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en collaboration au sein d'équipes pluridisciplinaires.

We are looking for an **Associate Producer** to join our team.

We have just launched a very challenging and exciting new project that requires a diligent team of Producers to support the multidisciplinary R&D team of Engineers and Scientists to achieve the project goals. Reporting to the Senior Producer and Director of Logistics, the **Associate Producer** will have multiple responsibilities. First, the Associate Producer will be called upon as a contributor to departmental planning, with emphasis on procedural and process inputs. Second, the Producer will be responsible for ensuring that the Senior Producer’s planning directives are implemented operationally. This will require coordinating staff and communicating goals across EERS departments. In addition to the execution of the foregoing, the Producer will also be required to take stewardship of agreed upon projects.

To execute this mandate effectively, the Department must work closely with senior management, stakeholders, and department heads support their efforts to create accurate project charters and execution plans. A high degree of analysis and project planning, problem solving is requisite.
