**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage operations for residential or commercial moves.
- Coordinate and supervise a team of moving attendants.
- Ensure efficient movement of goods and materials within our clients homes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular truck check and organization.
- Safely operate company vehicles (including medium duty trucks and other moving equipment).
- Communicate with customers to address any concerns or issues.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Able to coordinate strategies for assigned minor, moderate or major moves

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a moving or managment role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
- Proficient in operating medium duty trucks and other moving equipment.
- Capable of heavy lifting and moving of goods of 75 pounds or more.
- Commercial driving experience is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Weekends as needed
