# Position Overview

Join our team at The Kitchen Garden Farm, a small-scale, sustainable mushroom farm. We are looking for a full-time, seasonal Farm Market Sales Associate from May until October, Tuesday to Saturday. This role is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to engage in sustainable farming practices and connect with the community.

# Key Responsibilities
- **Sales & Marketing**: Sell and package gourmet mushrooms for farmers’ market sales.
- **Farm Maintenance**: Clean grow rooms, cycle grow blocks, and manage composting processes.
- **Garden Upkeep**: Assist with vegetable garden maintenance.
- **Additional Duties**: Perform other farm-related tasks as needed.

# Requirements
- **Driver’s License**: A valid driver’s license is essential.
- **Transportation**: Reliable transportation is highly preferred.
- **Housing**: Accommodation may be available.
- **Entrepreneurial Opportunity**: Potential to start your own market garden.

# Compensation
- **Starting Pay**: $18/hour or higher, depending on qualifications.
- **Bonuses**: Performance-based bonuses available.

# How to Apply
