We are seeking a Full Time Temporary Scheduling Coordinator for the Home Support Office.
Office
- Monday
- Friday with some "on call" duties on nights/weekends-1/3 rotation minimum

**Reports To**:
The position of Scheduling Coordinator reports directly to the Home Support Supervisor and or the Director of Operations.
**Job Duties**:
- All aspects of scheduling of employees to service both the CE LHIN and private client base, primarily Home Support and Personal Support Services
- Monitor the HPG portal for new referrals and frequency changes
- Accept new referral through the HPG Portal
- Maintain accurate and timely computerized records of scheduled and completed services by clients and employee
- Maintenance of client and employee computerized information profiles; databases
- Matching client’s needs, requirements, geography and preferred service times with employee skill levels and availability
- Maintain a delicate customer service role to both the client population and the employee
- Liaison role with the CE LHIN and Case Managers
- Cover vacation relief for other office employees as requested by management
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Secondary School Diploma
- Scheduling software experience 1-3 years
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge and/or experience of In-Home Community or Support Services is an asset
- Must have strong organizational skills, clerical and organizational skills
- Work well in time pressured situations
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of computers including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

**Salary**: $20.00-$20.50 per hour

- Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
