**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
**Visitor Information Kiosk - on and off site**
- **Setting up/Taking down Tourism Information Kiosk when off site**:

- **Assisting visitors at the Tourism Information Centre**:

- **Interacting with visitors and residents in the community to promote tourism using tourism websites with a tablet at the Kiosk and on the street.**:

- **Run games, spinning wheel contest, giving away prizes in exchange for contact information**:

- **Record inquiries in Visitor Information Tracking Sheet**:

- **Posting to social media campaigns. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok**:

- **Ensuring all tourism materials are up to date and accessible to visitors**:

- **Communicating with our local businesses and attractions regarding their seasonal marketing activities, events and experiences. Soliciting for prize donations**:

- **Occasionally drive to other communities within our district with own vehicle (mileage paid)**

**General Office Assistance**
- **Answering phone calls and any walk-in inquiries (when required)**:

- **Record inquiries in Visitor Information Tracking Sheet**:

- **Other duties as assigned**

**Must be a recent graduate (within 6 months) or student returning to school in September 2023.**

**Must possess a valid Drivers License, have access to a personal vehicle with proof of insurance.**

**Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to approx 30lbs), standing, overhead reaching, walking, and comfortable being outdoors for extended periods of time.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 weeks
Part-time hours: 30-35 per week

**Salary**: Up to $16.50 per hour
