Job Description:
Production Process Management: The Dental Laboratory Manager is responsible for organizing and overseeing all production operations related to the manufacturing of dental prosthetics and other dental technical products.

Personnel Management: The Manager recruits, trains, and manages the laboratory staff, including dental technicians, assistants, and other team members.

Production Planning: The Manager develops production plans, sets deadlines for orders, and allocates tasks among team members.

Client Interaction: The Manager maintains client relationships, advises clients on order-related issues, resolves any arising problems, and ensures a high level of customer service.

Team Building Skills: The Manager cultivates team spirit and cooperation among laboratory employees, promoting the creation of an effective and cohesive work group.

**Required Skills**:
Leadership Skills: The Manager must be an effective leader capable of inspiring and motivating the team to achieve common goals.

Organizational Skills: The Manager should be highly organized and able to efficiently manage time and resources to meet objectives.

Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze data and identify problems helps improve production processes and customer service.

Creative Thinking: The ability to find innovative approaches and solutions to enhance processes and products.

Ethical and Honest: High ethical standards and honesty in all business relationships.

Stress Tolerance: The capacity to remain calm and make decisions under high-pressure and stressful situations.
