Vancouver, Canada Tamwood International College Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and processing new hire paperwork.
- Assist on new hire orientations and onboarding activities such as setting up employee files and coordinating training.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in areas such as employee relations, and HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including updating employee information, tracking time off requests, and maintaining files in compliance with legal requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support to ensure positive employee relations.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the HR team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of HR experience
- Solid organization skills, high accuracy, and attention to the details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team and have a positive attitude.
- A positive thinker who is driven to ‘make a contribution’ to the business.

Schedule: This is a part-time position, working 20-25 hours per week.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
