Marketing Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- New product development including artwork and packaging approvals
- Define and deliver product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Provide creative input into design and development of new products
- Copywriting, product testing and packaging briefs for consumer products in a variety of categories; including Housewares, Grocery, Beauty, Pet and more
- Assist with customer meetings by prepping presentations and samples
- Sample management, product development tracking and store checks
- Compilation of marketing, sales, and licensing collateral
- Assist with research for marketing, promotions, and creative services as needed by team
- Research trend insights, competitive landscape, and consumer purchasing behaviors
- Work cross-functionally with other departments such as Sourcing, Operations and Creative Team
- Assist with tradeshow coordination
- Define and deliver product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Entrepreneurial instincts with clear bias for informed action and track record of leading new initiatives
- Work with customer service team and QA team to resolve all product related issues

Qualifications:

- University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing
- Excellent oral communication and writing skills (English and French)
- Writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy
- Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be motivated and an independent worker
- Exceptional time management skills - ability to balance multiple projects at one time while ensuring quality and consistency
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Description de poste

Responsabilités:

- Développer de nouveaux produits, notamment faire approuver des maquettes et des emballages.
- Définir et appliquer la vision, les stratégies et les feuilles de route liées aux produits.
- Contribuer de façon créative à la conception et au développement de nouveaux produits.
- Concevoir, rédiger, effectuer des essais de produits et des descriptions pour les emballages de divers produits de consommation, dont les articles ménagers, l’épicerie, les produits de beauté, les produits animaliers et plus encore.
- Participer aux réunions avec les clients en préparant des présentations et des échantillons.
- Faire la gestion des échantillons, le suivi du développement de produits et les vérifications en magasin.
- Compiler les documents de marketing, de vente et de licence.
- Contribuer à la recherche pour les services de marketing, de promotion et de création, selon les besoins de l’équipe.
- Faire des recherches sur les tendances, le contexte concurrentiel et les comportements d’achat des consommateurs.
- Travailler de façon interfonctionnelle avec d’autres services comme l’approvisionnement, l’exploitation et l’équipe de création.
- Contribuer à la coordination du salon commercial.
- Définir et appliquer la vision, les stratégies et les feuilles de route liées aux produits.
- Démontrer un instinct entrepreneurial, une propension manifeste à prendre des mesures éclairées et une capacité éprouvée à mener de nouvelles initiatives.
- Travailler avec l’équipe du service à la clientèle et l’équipe d’assurance qualité pour résoudre tous les problèmes liés aux produits.

Compétences recherchées:

- Diplôme universitaire en marketing, en communications, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine équivalent.
- Un an à deux ans d’expérience en marketing.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite (français et anglais).
- Capacité à rédiger des textes clairs, concis et grammaticalement corrects.
- Expérience des logiciels Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.
- Être motivé et autonome dans son travail.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément tout en assurant la qualité et l’uniformité.
- Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à établir des priorités

Qualifications souhaitables:

- Connaissance d’Adobe Photoshop et d’Illustrator

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
