Urban Planner

Planner should have a minimum of 3 years of experience for this position and be prepared to work collaboratively with an in-house team including architects and civil engineers.
**Responsibilities**
- Analysis of planning requirements to deliver highest and best use for developments
- Presentations to approval authorities
- Co-ordinate with in-house team to prepare reports and documents
- Sourcing and managing outside consultants
**Qualifications**
- A degree in planning or urban design
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Planning: 1 year (preferred)
