**Responsibilities**:
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and repairs.

Diagnose and repair a variety of bicycle issues, including but not limited to flat tires, brake adjustments, gear tuning, and wheel truing.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating chains, adjusting brakes, and inspecting frames for damage.

Utilize computerized systems to track inventory, schedule repairs, and manage customer information.

Keep the shop clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Offer expert advice and recommendations to customers regarding bike accessories, upgrades, and maintenance techniques.

Assist with merchandising and inventory management as needed.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic or equivalent technical training.

Strong knowledge of bicycle components, tools, and repair techniques.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Passion for cycling and a desire to share that enthusiasm with others.
