**Job Details**:
This job is ideally 3 days a week with meeting potential clients on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's to discuss tree concerns, needs and provide estimates. You will be answering and returning phone calls to potential customers. Assessing the health of trees and estimate the cost based on operational needs of the desired work of the client. You will be seeking and creating potential leads (by identifying potential tree work throughout your travels) along with leads that are provided to you from online submissions. You will bid on municipal tender opportunities and lot clearing opportunities.

The area we work in is Aurora, Newmarket, Richmond Hill Markham, Scarborough, Sometimes Downtown Toronto and North York, Vaughan, Durham Region

2 days maybe in the field operations as required. Other duties maybe assigned

**Compensation**:
This job is a commission based salary paying 5% of gross sales for the training period and 10% of gross sales after the training period ends.

**Qualifications**:
Sales experience an asset

University degree in Forestry is preferred or 10+ years in the industry

ISA Certified Arborist, Humber or Flemming Certification, Registered Professional Forestry (RPF) or equivalent credential preferred

Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) an asset

Driven and self-directed when completing tasks

“G” driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract

Good understanding of trees and shrubs - their biology, habits, and identification

Good understanding of tree pests and diseases an asset

Excellent communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Good understanding of physics

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
