Social Media Manager

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, and videos
- Monitor social media channels for customer comments, inquiries, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels
- Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance and insights
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

**Skills**:

- Proficient in digital marketing strategies and techniques
- Strong research skills to identify target audience preferences and trends
- Experience in photography, video editing, and proofreading
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
