- We’ve all heard that masonry is a dying trade, but it doesn’t need to be. Young people today are not the unmotivated, technology obsessed layabouts they are made out to be. They just don’t see themselves in the stereotype of the old disgruntled bricklayer who couldn't care less whether the apprentice succeeds or not._
- Here at NLF Masonry, we have the young motivated workers. What we are looking for is individuals who can show them how the trade is meant to be executed._

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
This Job is for a Working Foreman to:

- _Independently and consistently produce quality masonry installation._
- _Lead a crew of 2-4 talented and dedicated young professionals._
- _Work with management to systematically improve Production and Working Procedures._

**Skills, Experience and Certifications**:
**Required**:

- 5 years experience in the Masonry Industry.
- Alignment with Company Values.
- Working at Heights, WHMIS, Valid Driver’s License and Personal Vehicle.

**Preferred**:

- Red Seal Certification.
- References from Previous Employers or Portfolio of Past Work is an asset.

**Salary**: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
