**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Oversee residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
- **Estimation**:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects.
- Analyze project requirements, materials, labor, and other factors.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide detailed estimates.
- **Budget Control**:

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship.
- **Client Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates.
- Handle change orders and variations.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead project teams, including subcontractors and field staff.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive construction experience, with leadership and mentoring skills preferred.
- Proven experience as a project manager and estimator in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
