**Job Description**:
**Tasks and responsibilities**

Operations
- Cost forecasting;
- Plan, organize reservation schedules, flight reports;
- Data entry in AS400 software
- Administer expense accounts for billing purposes (costs vs. billing);
- Ensure good interdepartmental communication.

Billing
- Receive, account for and verify flight hours
- Data entry and scanning of documents
- Carry out month-ends;
- Estimate invoices;
- Produce monthly summaries (flight hours and other information)

Marketing
- Act as contact for all existing and potential customers;
- Plan service requests, aircraft needs and Transport needs;
- Review quotations.

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma in administration or equivalent experience. 2 years administrative experience is an asset;
- Must have authorization to work in Canada; this position is not available for sponsorship;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills;
- Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing priorities;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Good computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel);
- Knowledge of AS400 is an asset;
- Excellent organizational and planning skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Aptitude for numbers, precision and analysis.
- Autonomy and initiative;
- Team spirit;
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and French.
