- 11am to 6pm** (Depending for the requirement)

**Schedule - Sunday to Thursday**

**Hourly wage from $20.00 to $24.00 (Including Tips)**

Big League Food Company is seeking a Part time **"Pastry Lamination Specialist"** to join our **Dear Grain Bakery**. We are looking for someone caring, passionate, and dynamic who is interested in committing themselves.

Dear Grain Toronto Pastry Commissary is an **"Everything Sourdough" Bakery** that specializes in artisanal sourdough pastries. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare dough for lamination according to recipes and quality standards.
- Perform folding and rolling techniques to create layers in the dough.
- Monitor dough consistency and temperature throughout the lamination process.
- Ensure that the final product meets quality and appearance standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

**Must Haves**
- 4 years of experience in pastry commercial kitchen.
- 1 year of experience in production of croissants (Viennoiserie) and laminated products using machine.
- Strong knowledge of laminated dough techniques, including folding, rolling, and shaping.
- Experience with brioche dough, puff pastry and danish are great advantage
- Culinary degree or relevant certification

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to follow instructions
- Able to Lift 50 LB Flour bags
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality pastries.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work in afternoon & evening shifts
