Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the business:

- Help develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance and profitability
- Manage and supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a chain restaurant is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
