Electronics Technician/assembly

We are seeking an individual who is ready to give their best to join us as we pursue new and exciting technologies.
We are currently searching for ambitious and highly motivated Electronics Manufacturing personnel who will assist the Manufacturing, Testing, and Engineering departments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assemble, configure, and inspect printed circuit boards
- Hand solder to IPC standards
- Create cable assemblies from schematic drawings
- Diagnose and repair defective units according to procedures
- Use tools in the assembly of computer systems
- Perform necessary manual and automated tests as instructed
- Assist in developing and testing new procedures and assemblies
- Assist other departments, as needed
**Requirements**:
- Post-secondary degree or certificate in a related field
- Working knowledge and interest in electronics
- Ability to read, and understand, electrical circuitry and assembly drawings
- Must be thorough, have an attention to detail, and will follow strict SOPs, and protocols
- Work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Initiative to learn
- Eager problem solver
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
