Pilates Instructor

**Duties**:

- Conduct Pilates classes for individuals or groups, providing instruction on proper techniques and form
- Create personalized exercise programs based on clients' goals, fitness levels, and any specific needs or limitations
- Demonstrate exercises and assist clients in performing them correctly
- Provide modifications or variations of exercises to accommodate different fitness levels or physical conditions
- Monitor and observe clients during sessions to ensure safety and proper execution of exercises
- Offer guidance and motivation to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive and welcoming experience for clients
- Leadership qualities to effectively guide and motivate clients during sessions
- Bilingual skills (English and French) are a plus
- Ability to educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and promote the studio's services
- Excellent time management skills to effectively schedule and manage client appointments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 30 per week

**Experience**:

- Pilates Instructor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certified Personal Trainer (preferred)
- Pilates Instructor Certification (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kanata, ON K2M 2G8: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
