**Experienced Rebar Ironworker - $39-45 an hour plus benefits - one location, indoor work**

Con-Force Structures Ltd. is a Richmond, BC-based concrete precast manufacturing company specializing in pre‑stressed pre-cast concrete for customized structural, architectural, and engineered products.

Con-Force has an integrated steel shop in its Richmond facility that prepares the rebar assemblies for our precast products.

We are looking for a skilled ironworker to work in our facility and lead our crews.

**Requirements**:
Must be a qualified ironworker with an advanced ability to read and work with complex drawings.

Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
