**Front Desk, Bailey’s Bay Resort**

This role provides customer service and front desk support to Bailey’s Bay. This position will require some evenings and weekends. This is a great opportunity for student with a potential for a summer coop position.

**Job requirements**:

- Greet and check-in/ process payments for our guests.
- Process reservations over the phone, online and in person.
- Detailed oriented and takes pride in ability to produce quality documents quickly and to company standards using templates.
- High level of sound and independent judgement, reasoning and discretion.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills.
- Conduct daily site inspections and investigate discrepancies.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Weekend work required and must be flexible to work various day and evening shifts and potentially work full time hours depending on business requirements.

**Education and/or Experience**:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination or education and experience.
- 1-2 years related customer service experience.
- Prior knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry or campgrounds is an asset.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
