**Hôtel Lac Carling**

Offering views of Lake Carling and overlooking the golf course, this upscale rural hotel has 100 rooms, a fine restaurant offering a la carte dishes. The property also offers a brasserie menu and 2 bars. The establishment also includes 4 meeting rooms, capacity of 500 people for meals, an 18-hole golf course, activities on the lake, a sports hall and a spa.

Under the authority of the Sales & Marketing Director, the coordinator's main function is to assist the sales department.
- Promote and sell hotel products and services to designated markets.
- Group reservations (amenity groups and convention groups) in the system.
- Drafting of group contracts, conditions, arrival lists, meals, meeting spaces and baggage handling and follow-up with the departments concerned
- Make the arrival list for the current week.
- Follow up with the customer and resolve issues.
- Ensure that the reservations department has all the rates or contracts related to the different market segments and the various promotional rates.
- Perform office automation tasks (mail, inventories and stationery orders, printer cartridges and photocopiers, etc.).
- Responsible for courier shipments (items lost by a guest in a room or other shipments).
- Responsible for the inventory of promotional products and promotional stationery necessary for the sales department.
- Support to the General Manager.
- Support to the Sales & Marketing Director.
- All other related tasks
