**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guests with personalized shopping experiences and exceptional customer service
- Utilize Suzanne’s Customer Service Experience Sequence to greet and assist customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets
- Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure smooth store operations
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stay informed about Suzanne’s fashion trends and new merchandise arrivals
- Cultivate relationships with guests to foster a loyal customer base

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience in women’s retail fashion, with the ability to work independently
- Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, and perform light housekeeping duties
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for exceeding sales goals
- Experience with meeting sales targets is an asset
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.75 per hour
