Regional Manager

**Regional Manager (F/T)**

KABU-Ride Inc., Canada’s ride-hailing solution, has an immediate opening for a talented, organized, and reliable Regional Manager who has a Class 1, Class 2 or Class 4 licence and a strong marketing background to join our growing team in Victoria.

The Regional Manager would be responsible for a wide-range of duties in addition to providing ride-hailing services within a KABU-supplied vehicle. That includes planning, creating and executing marketing campaigns to expand the company’s profile among potential customers, potential business clients and the general public.

The Regional Manager should hold a diploma or degree in marketing, or have an equivalent level of recent and relevant experience, and a track record of success.

The Regional Manager's duties include:

- drive locally for fares when no drivers are available or the ride demand is too high for the number of house and contract drivers who are online
- recruit qualified drivers and onboard them
- manage a fleet of vehicles, maintain them so they are in excellent condition
- oversee a team of drivers and provide support, guidance, and direction as needed
- build and implement a marketing plan
- develop and align regional objectives with the company’s national and global strategies
- monitor regional competitors and identify areas to improve company performance
- analyze market data and customer feedback to develop regional strategies and initiatives
- organize regional events and promotional activities
- handle customer inquiries and complaints in the region and coordinate resolutions
- collaborate with the director of marketing and other marketing/design team members, to generate, design and execute marketing strategies
- write weekly report to the Management team
- monitor social media traffic to measure the public’s perception of the company’s brand

Must haves:

- commercial Driver's licence (Class 1/2/4)
- clean driver's abstract
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
