**Shipper/Receiver and General Help**

RIC MetalWerx is a metal fabrication shop located in Chilliwack. The company is looking for an enthusiastic Shipper/Receiver to join its team.

We want some who is eager to build their skillset and take on more challenging positions in the shop as they demonstrate their capabilities and grow with the company.

**Primary duties and responsibilities**
- Print out/create packing slips and shipping labels for shipment
- Load and unload shipments
- Inspection of received goods
- Organize freight/logistics
- Maintain organized warehouse and yard
- Support laser, press brake, and fastener station
- Audit/count inventory
- Adherence to governmental and RIC safety standards
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Forklift ticket preferred
- High attention to detail and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication
- Ability to lift heavy loads
- Be able to work well in a team environment and individually

Hours: 8.5 shift. 7am - 3:30pm.

Wage: $22-$25 /hr based on experience.

Benefits: Pacific Blue Cross (medical, dental, etc.).

PTO: Includes paid time off.
