Responsabilités:

- Gérer les environnements Dynamics 365 Business Central et Power Platform (Prod/Dev)
- Soutenir et guider notre communauté de créateurs et aider à développer nos Power Champions.
- Piloter les initiatives d’adoption Low-Code/No-Code pour permettre aux utilisateurs métier de tirer parti de la Power Platform afin de répondre à leurs besoins en automatisant, intégrant et développant des solutions à travers l’organisation, tout en les préparant pour des solutions futures.
- Participer à des ateliers avec les clients, documenter les exigences et concevoir des solutions appropriées sur la Power Platform.
- Servir d'expert en la matière lors des discussions avec les clients professionnels, réaliser des transferts de connaissances, organiser des hackathons et des sessions de sensibilisation.
- Concevoir et développer des solutions Power Platform couvrant les services Microsoft 365 et Dynamics 365, enrichies d’IA lorsque cela est approprié.
- Créer des améliorations de produit, y compris la hiérarchie, les formulaires, les champs, les entités, les règles métier, les flux de travail, les flux, la sécurité et toute infrastructure de support.
- Participer à toute autre activité connexe (histoires d’utilisateurs, définitions de processus de bout en bout, documentation, paramétrage, configuration, tests, débogage, etc.)
- Se tenir au courant des technologies Dynamics 365, Power Platform et Azure qui soutiennent le Centre d'Excellence pour les meilleures pratiques et méthodologies.

Qualifications:

- Avoir au moins cinq (5) ans d'expérience pertinente en technologies de l'information.
- Avoir deux (2) ans d'expérience dans la gestion de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Avoir un (1) an d'expérience en développement avec la Power Platform.
- Très expérimenté avec la suite d'outils de productivité Office 365/Microsoft 365, y compris Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.
- Expérience pratique des implémentations et personnalisations de Microsoft Dynamics Business Central et Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, etc.)
- Expérience en Configuration et Personnalisation de Dataverse (Sécurité, Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), et Web API.
- Compréhension des intégrations API ou services avec plusieurs sources de données.
- Expérience dans la collecte et la documentation des processus métier et des exigences pour le système avec les principaux utilisateurs métier.
- Capacité avérée à créer des solutions innovantes pour résoudre des exigences métier complexes et à rationaliser/automatiser les processus métier et les exigences pour le système avec les principaux utilisateurs métier.
- Excellentes compétences en communication avec une nature collaborative et orientée vers l'équipe.
- Compétences analytiques, de résolution de problèmes, organisationnelles, interpersonnelles et en communication démontrées.
- Passion pour la technologie et sa capacité à améliorer les processus métier.
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais.
