**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a crew of litter control workers
- Plan, assign to crew members and assist members with daily tasks accordingly
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols as needed
- Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Collaborate with management to understand the needs of the clients and provide excellent customer service
- Attend to various sites, empty garbage receptacles, collect all litter and debris accordingly
- Use of company vehicle
- Other misc. tasks

**Skills**:

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to build positive relationships with junior staff
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, kneel as needed, excellent manual dexterity
- Ability to lift 30lbs +

Hours vary, start time is flexible. Between 2AM-3AM, and end time is between 7AM-8AM weather dependent.

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
