Process Analyst

Our Head Offices are located in Bradford, and due to a new manufacturing facility opening in Bradford and promotions from within Spectra, Has an opportunity at our Bradford Facility for:
**PROCESS ANALYST**

**Daily Tasks**:

- Conduct analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives
- Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation to illustrate current and future state processes
- Utilize data analysis skills and dashboard and reporting tools to extract insights and drive decision-making

**Requirements**:

- Would have 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization
- Experience in business process analysis and improvement
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex data sets
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies
- Ability to meet deadlines and deal with issues in a diplomatic and positive manner
- Experience using BI Tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, or similar
