Manager, Enterprise Systems Platforms

**Job Description Summary**:
Do you enjoy working with cutting-edge technology and continuously improving operations efficiency? As the Manager of the Enterprise Systems Platform at STEMCELL Technologies, you will be accountable for managing technical aspects of STEMCELL’s Enterprise Systems platforms including implementation, operation, expansion, support, and maintenance activities.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop monthly release plans and lead the team through successful delivery
- Collaborate with Information Systems and other business and IT leaders to develop ES operation and expansion strategy
- Ensure the enterprise systems are maintained in accordance with best practices
**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years of progressively senior experience in an SAP ERP environment, knowledge of modern development practices & methodologies, at least 3 end-to-end implementations, and major upgrade projects
- Demonstrated experience leading SAP ABAP/Fiori, Basis implementation, and support teams
- Knowledge of SAP best practices, processes, and methodologies, competence in more than one functional and technical area, detailed understanding of SAP architecture, detailed understanding of SAP's change control methodologies, budgeting, and estimation
