**Key position functions include**:

- Accountable for project management activities and deliverables associated with the SAP and other business system projects assigned
- Leads the delivery of business-led, technology enabled transformation projects
- Defines, monitors, reports, and delivers on project scope, schedule, and budget by facilitating the development of business goals and statement of work
- Develops work plans, manages deadlines, and coordinates project team and sub-team activities to ensure successful on time delivery
- Identifies and manages project dependencies, resources, risks, and critical path
- Provides guidance and recommendations on project direction, priority, resource allocation, and scheduling
- Manages all aspects of project budgets and change requests
- Contributes as a team leader by managing diverse teams, contributing to their development, and helping them reach their potential via formal and informal coaching
- Leads and contributes to business development activities, writes, and presents proposals, and responds to RFPs
- Manages 3rd party and offshore resource
- Responsible for the development, execution, maintenance of the ERP Change Management Plan and the Communication Plan
- Responsible for business readiness and adoption of new functionality
- Responsible for all deliverables required for system cutover and Go Live - ensuring complete coverage, appropriate quality, on time delivery
- Facilitates cross-departmental / business unit meetings regarding change
- Coordinates the preparation and circulation of project communications to the organization
- Responsible for the cutover execution - people leadership and coordination, scope and direction setting, and motivation management
- Responsible for the gathering, alignment, planning, and communication of pre-cutover and cutover tasks
- Manages cutover entry, triage, exit and go/no go criteria
- Manages the cutover rosters, logistics, integration points, problem resolution, and tracking into the established cutover system
- Post-secondary education;
- PMP Certification;
- Experienced with SAP ERP implementations;
- Experienced with cutover planning and execution;
- Experienced in team lead activities and in developing internal strategies;
- Team player that can lead a group of people;
- Leader with ability to instill confidence in team membership;
- Strong written and oral communication skills and can communicate with all levels including Executive Stakeholders;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and MS Project;
- Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders.
- Change management certification and/or training an asset - e.g. Prosci Change Management Certification;
- Other IT, SAP, or Business Analysis certifications an asset;
