**Conditions of Employment**:
- Competitive Pay Rate up to at $25.75/hour. Wages based on experience and ability. Increases are also based on productivity assessments during the course of employment.
- Weekly production bonus up to $200 based on performance and tonnage
**Terms of Employment**:Permanent role, Full-time hours
**Employment Location**:529 Valleydale Road, Valley NS. B2N 5C5. Job sites where work will occur are located throughout Colchester County, Cumberland County, and Pictou County, with some possible travel to the HRM.

- Education Required: High School diploma at a minimum.
- Language: English language work environment
- Years of Experience Required:
- 2-5 years of truck driving experience, preferably operating a logging truck in off-highway conditions.
- Valid Class 1 Drivers License or equivalent.
- General truck mechanical skills will be considered and asset.
- Operate and drive the truck in a safe, efficient, and productive manner according to J.D. Irving, Limited’s Best Management Practices
- Maintain productivity, production and utilization targets, and work independently in remote environments
- May be assigned to related/ancillary tasks for short periods of time including but not limited to: equipment maintenance, tidying work areas, training, harvest and boundary line layouts, road maintenance activities, forest fire prevention activities
