**Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm**

**This role will specifically focus on marketing for our franchises as we continue to grow the 401 Group of Companies**

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Build on and execute the 401 Group’s organic social media content strategy by growing our audience, increasing engagement and driving conversions and clicks
- Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
- Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video)
- Create a robust franchise social content calendar through content planning and real-time customer engagement
- Create, edit, publish and share content to attract and engage the 401 Group of Companies social community across all corporate platforms for franchises our ie: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and Pinterest
- Collaborate with internal departments to create buzz and excitement around new franchise products, partnerships, employment opportunity/employer branding and other corporate messaging
- Provide insights for the organization based on social listening, market trends and platform innovations
- Utilize your analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Other duties as designed

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing and/or communications
- Previous experience in marketing and developing social content for an automotive company is considered an asset
- Technically savvy and knowledgeable in social media platforms as outlined above and how to optimize each platforms use
- Strong understanding of social analytical tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and the ability to convey them to internal partners
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools ie: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Proven ability to produce high quality and creative work while understanding the requirements of design including typography and layout
- Proven ability to be highly innovative, and effective in creating visually appealing content
- Exceptionally strong communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
