**Job Title: Bistro/Restaurant Manager**

**Location**: Cafe Kittyhawk, Penetanguishene

**Employment Type**: Full-Time (Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM) with additional evening shifts available at our Evening Service on Fridays and Saturdays.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bistro Manager to lead our team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure the bistro runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage inventory by ordering and maintaining stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Plan and execute special events to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Coordinate staff schedules to optimize productivity and maintain a positive work environment.
- Prepare and serve artisan sandwiches and other menu items, maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle any customer inquiries or challenges with professionalism.
- Work collaboratively with team members, fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise, maintaining a harmonious workplace.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Enhance the Bistro's offerings with knowledge of wine and pairings, if applicable.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a café, bistro, or similar food service management role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations with ease.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at working with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of wine and pairings is an asset.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences.

Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
