Landscape Estimator

A Landscape Estimator in our Enhancements division at TLC Landscaping is tasked with preparing designs and estimates for various landscape projects for client approval. In this role, you will collaborate with our Client Care Team and Production Managers to quote various services and then guide an enthusiastic team of field technicians to execute your designs.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
As TLC Landscape Estimator, you are responsible for:

- **Estimating & Design Care**: Prepare estimates for client approval. Confirm measurements, create plant lists, and determine materials required for the project. Estimate various services (sod repair, slit-seeding, drainage, eavestrough cleaning, weed control).
- **Client Care**: Meet with Client Care Manager to discuss job requirements (measurements and ideas), initial presentation meetings, and progress meetings.
- **Team Care**: Ongoing communication with the Production Manager to ensure teams execute projects properly, flag corrections if needed, and complete projects on budget and on time.
- **Administration**: Responsible for all office communication with clients and teams. Obtain locates and permits as necessary. Ensure data integrity in provided software systems.

**Qualifications & Required Skills**:

- G-Class Driver’s License
- Horticulture Technician or Landscape Designer
- Advanced horticultural knowledge is required
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a related field
- Proven computer skills
