In accordance with the Administrative and Professional Officer Agreement, this full time continuing position offers a comprehensive benefits package found at Faculty & Staff Benefits and annual salary range of $64,186 - $106,970.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree required, PhD preferred
- Minimum five years’ experience in a post-secondary academic research environment
- Detailed understanding of the external research environment; experience working with external funders preferred
- Proven success in grant writing
- Ability to effectively synthesize and clearly communicate complex information
- Direct experience of managing groups to achieve a common goal
- Demonstrated ability for high attention to detail
- Highly motivated, proactive, creative, team-oriented, resourceful person
- Proven ability to function effectively in a dynamic, deadline driven, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
