Landscape Foreman/woman

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of hardscape/landscape construction workers to ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy of work
- Coordinate and manage materials and equipment for each project
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they are meeting job expectations and developing new skills
- Manage the work schedule to ensure all projects are completed on time
- Communicate with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure all work is completed to their satisfaction
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and meets all safety regulations
- Operate and maintain hardscape and landscape construction equipment, including but not limited to skid steer loaders, excavators, and power tools

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardscape/landscape construction, with experience in leading a team of workers
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients, designers, and project managers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings
- Good understanding of hardscape and landscape materials and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on uneven terrain
- Experience operating hardscape and landscape construction equipment

**Salary**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
