We are looking for a skilled and reliable handyman to join our maintenance department. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including maintaining green spaces, keeping common areas clean, identifying the need for repairs, and responding to clients’ maintenance requests.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

- Perform basic tasks including caulking, painting, cleaning facilities, and managing maintenance repairs.
- Detect and report the need for major repairs needed.
- Regularly check community spaces to identify issues, mechanical failures, or breakdowns.
- Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks, and green spaces.

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
