- **We are currently hiring a Store Manager to join our team at Bella & Wren in picturesque Fort Langley **_

The Store Manager will work hand in hand with the Owners, taking on overall responsibility for all day-to-day operations of the store. As a small business, this is a very special opportunity that is very near and dear to our hearts

**A minimum of 3-5 years of fashion retail experience in a Store Manager capacity is required**
- **Responsibilities include**:_
- Recruitment, onboarding, and new hire training
- Performance management and regular one-on-one development meetings with the team
- Providing timely feedback and informal training to staff as required during shifts
- Working closely with our store Leads and Assistant Leads, empowering them to take on leadership responsibilities within the store
- Working with the owners to develop store KPI’s and regular metric reporting
- Knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures and ensuring they are followed by the team and are updated regularly as required
- Hosting regular team meetings and team building events
- Regular communication and meetings with the Owners, presenting ideas and recommendations in a professional, organized and logical manner
- Ensuring the team has the correct quantity of stock on the floor at all times and proper presentation of merchandise is maintained
- Ensuring the stock room team has everything well organized, and receiving and online orders are running smoothly
- Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the store to create a safe and comfortable shopping experience, as well as clean working environment for the team
- Ensuring loss prevention strategies are being followed
- Working with the Owners learn and eventually take over scheduling
- Becoming involved with Bella & Wren’s internal product development
- Ensuring everyone who walks in the store receives an exceptional customer experience
- Building and manage client relationships
- Inspiring the team to become brand ambassadors by keeping up with new arrivals, product knowledge, and wearing current merchandise
- Driving sales through eCommerce and social media platforms
- Ensuring the Front-End team processes cash desk operations with engagement, efficiency, and accuracy
- Responding and appropriately resolve customer complaints and service opportunities

- **Schedule**:_This is a full-time role working on average 40 hours per week, Wednesday through Sunday with one full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) off per month.
