**Job Summary**:
Now, if you were to come on board as one of our **Corporate Concierge**, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

- Manage multiple corporate floors and employee lounge areas.
- Support executives onsite to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any issues.
- Setup conference rooms, including regular maintenance of white boards.
- Manage meeting room calendars, schedule audio-visual equipment, and train end users.
- Check equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and manage any service or repairs.
- Sort mail and update folders with staff changes.

- Relevant post-secondary education and 1-year of experience in office administration required.
- Strong skills in time management, organization, and project management.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
