Childcare Attendant

You Will:

- To ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff
- Energetic, fun, outgoing attitude with our guests and children
- Execute daily age-appropriate programming for 20 children ranging in age from 18 months to 6 years
- Creative and resourceful for crafts, circle time, and story time
- Work well under pressure, multi task and meet deadlines
- Exceptional guest relations with families and children
- Create a smooth transition from separation from parents
- Work well with others (attendants, management, ski school staff)
- Ski and boot rental fitting
- Lunch and snack preparation
- Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the RCR Employee Handbook
- Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
- Know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs
- To perform other tasks and duties that are applicable

You Have:

- CPR-C First Aid for children (will support training if required)
- Previous Childcare experience preferred (willing to train as necessary) OR
- Responsible adult training course - 20 hours (course fee paid by resort)
- Criminal Record check through Ministry of Public Safety (fee paid by resort)
