**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Job #1)**
- Wage: $19.00 /hour
- Location: Commercial Building at Bridgeport & Oak Street Bridge in Richmond
- Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday "after 6pm"
- Hours: 3 hours per session | 9 hours per week TOTAL
Mandatory qualifications:
- You own a smartphone with data
- You are authorized to work in Canada
- No subcontractors
Preferred qualifications:
- You own and drive a vehicle
- 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience
- Experience in surface disinfection
- Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:
- Wipe and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas
- Garbage and recycling disposal
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high
- Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products
