**Reporting Relationship**: The Hail Estimator will report to the Hail Centre Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Qualifications**:

- Positive attitude with a demonstrated commitment to teamwork
- Proven problem-solving skills with a hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Body repair industry experience would be considered an asset
- Exceptional communication skills
- High attention to detail, proven time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team-based environment
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and transportation to and from work required.
