We are looking for a reliable and motivated Crew Technician to join our team.

The ideal individual is hard working, determined, and has effective communication and time management skills. This role will involve window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing as well as other exterior services - variety is key

Elements of the position include:

- Fast paced, fun environment in a team of 2-3 other technicians
- Skill development with customer service, communication, and some selling skill
- Opportunities for advancement both this summer as well as future summers
- Full-time beginning in May through July/August

Qualifications:

- Able to work full-time throughout the summer (30-40 hours/week)
- Have transportation to and from work (job site locations may change daily)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delta, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

Work Location: In person
