The Nikean Psychedelic Psychotherapy Research Centre at UHN is looking to hire a **Clinical Research Coordinator I **to coordinate all aspects of its research program. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the emerging field of psychedelic medicine in Canada. The Niken Psychedelic Psychotherapy Research Centre is an academic innovation hub with three pillars: research, education and clinical care. The team is guided by principles of humanity, collaboration, diversity/equity/inclusion and interconnectedness.

This CRC I will work with the Centre’s team in the development and conduct of clinical trials and other related research projects on psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Projects will have both quantitative and qualitative components. This role will include involvement in multiple projects. The first project is an open-label pilot trial of experiential training with psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy. The second is an open-label pilot study of psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy for caregivers of patients with advanced cancer. There may be involvement in observational studies on the use of psychedelics in the general population including surveys.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalent (minimum); research-related Master's degree in a health-sciences field is preferred.
- Three years of clinical and/or professional experience required. Minimum of one (1) year of related clinical research experience is preferred (e.g., coordination of mixed-method studies; REB submission process, project management experience; participant recruitment; qualitative interviewing and quantitative data collection, entry, cleaning, verification, and analysis; database design/set-up/maintenance; literature searches; etc.).
- Knowledge of clinical research principles and practice, research regulations, and guidelines. Knowledge of research with restricted drugs under Health Canada Division 5 Regulations is an asset.
