We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated leader who enjoys a challenge and wants to be a part of a diverse team Currently we have openings for Store Manager in the Nanaimo area.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff
- Implementing and enforcing established procedures
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Have the physical ability to perform all duties of a store cashier regularly
- Ability to reconcile daily funds

- Retail Management - 1 year
- POS - 1 year
- Leading & Engaging a Team - 1 years
- Cash Handling - 1 year
- Merchandising - 1 year
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service - 1 year
