**What's the role**

We're looking for a **Programmatic Trader** to join our growing team This role calls for a digital media enthusiast who is passionate about using technology, data and creativity to drive client business performance.

**What you do**

Campaign Management (80%)

Campaign Setup
- Working across multiple technology platforms including DSPs, PowerBI, Dataroma ad servers, brand safety etc.
- Execute in-platform tasks involved with the campaign lifecycle across demand side platforms (DSPs) like, but not limited to; DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, and Amazon DSP, while ensuring all campaign requirements are delivered according to SLAs:

- Performs end-to-end campaign setup in the DSP such as: (trafficking: IOs, placement, line item, and creative trafficking)
- Use critical thinking skills to anticipate and manage potential risks that will arise. Communicate these to the stakeholders on a regular basis and ensure decisions are made quickly and effectively.

Monitoring Performance / Delivery
- Manage the day-to-day pacing and optimization (log and schedules) of programmatic campaigns, ensuring that campaign KPIs and objectives are met both near and long term.
- Troubleshoot issues related to pacing, performance, data accuracy, creative approvals or technical anomalies

Technology & Experimentation
- Implement & use Brainlabs' tools on all opportunities where applicable
- Isolate opportunities to automate important workflows
- Collaborate on quarterly and annual testing plans with key stakeholders such as client services, channel leads, programmatic strategist, and client

Collaboration
- Contribute to the development of best practices for programmatic trading
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as: client services, and ad operations lead(s) to ensure deliverables and trafficking are in accordance with client SLA's & strategy

Learning & Development
- Stay up to date on the latest industry happenings (i.e. GDPR, Privacy, Brand Safety, case studies, UI updates and betas, etcs.) and required in platform updates in technical systems that are continuously evolving (DoubleClick Digital Marketing Platform)
- Adopt and implement more advanced trading levels via partnerships and industry standards (i.e. testing new alpha & betas, data, publishers, SSPs, custom algorithms, etc.)
- Mentorship of programmatic specialist and /or paid media specialists

Client Responsibilities (20%):

- Work with business stakeholders to understand campaign media and business objectives and solve for their needs
- Propose and provide rationale for audience, format, bidding and measurement tactics that align with the channel plan
- Collaborate on forecasting exercises to inform budget recommendations
