The Township seeks a dependable and motivated individual with knowledge of operating heavy equipment and road maintenance. This position may require working a variety of shifts including days, evenings & weekends.

Reporting to the Public Works Manager, the Equipment Operator is required to have a current DZ license for this position.

Duties include but are not limited to operating heavy equipment including snowplows, graders, and backhoes; repairs/maintenance of equipment, maintaining & cleaning the garages, tools and storerooms, maintaining an incident report register, performing road maintenance and general labour duties.

**Salary**: $22.92-$28.41 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- DZ license (preferred)

Work Location: In person
