**Reports to**:Site Operations Manager

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in order to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on importance, while ensuring completion of assignment at each job site.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the industry
- Experience in commercial cleaning, maintenance, carpentry, or construction is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person
- This is a physically demanding job. Must be able to carry pack back vacuums, and life upwards of 50lbs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transport and manage crew.
- Delegate tasks fairly and effectively while participating in all requisite cleaning and observing schedule timelines and safety measures as prescribed.
- Communicate with upper management to report any issues, concerns, stock/supply requirements.
- Work independently or collaboratively, depending on the assignment.
- Ensure meticulous cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
- Efficiently complete assigned tasks within the specified timeframes.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and utilize cleaning agents effectively.
- Secure buildings upon completing cleaning duties.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $23.50 per hour

- Night shift

- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
