We are looking for self-driven (no pun intended) responsible employees who have a demonstrated success record in Automotive after-sales.

Ideally, we are looking for people with **Wheel, Tire, and Automotive accessory knowledge** who are passionate and enthusiastic to help guide our customers through the portal of the automotive world.

This role is based at our **onsite location in Richmond Hill and is a Monday - Friday office role**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a punctual track record
- Completing product inquiry case tickets through ticketing system
- Checking fitment on products for inquiries and offering alternative products that meet their needs
- Communication support between Vendor, Administration, and Customer Service Departments.
- Calling suppliers/vendors for status updates on orders/deliveries
- Provide support to the operation team
- Always finding creative solutions to solve complicated situations/cases
- Constantly sharing ideas, feedback, and thoughts to improve overall work efficiency
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately

**Experience**:

- Automotive Accessory Knowledge (_would be very beneficial_)
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in English is required
- Must be computer literate
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to learn quickly in a constantly changing environment
- Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
- Have a high focus on customer satisfaction

**Problem-solving**
- Checking fitment for inquiries on products, and offering alternative products that meet customer needs
- Always finding creative solutions to solve complicated situations/cases

**OPERATION HOURS**:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am EST - 6:00 pm EST
- Rotational Weekend shift (2-days per month)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
