**Job Description**:
### Responsibilities:

- Design and produce custom Foamcore products, wood molds, faux wood beams, cabinets, and other personalized elements according to client requirements.
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and design plans.
- Operate CNC machinery for precise cutting and shaping of materials (training available if needed).
- Collaborate with the design team to innovate and enhance product offerings.
- Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship in all tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in carpentry, woodworking, or related fields; experience with foam products is a plus not required though.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong creative and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills, including CNC machine operation.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: $19.65-$28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
